1. Booking Policy
Deposit Requirement: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event.
Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, a confirmation email will be sent outlining the details of the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid any additional charges.
Deposit Forfeiture: The 25% non-refundable deposit is retained in all cases. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, you will be liable for the remaining balance.
Rescheduling Option: If you need to change the date of your booking, you may do so without losing your 25% non-refundable deposit, as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled event. If you reschedule within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date.
3. Payment Policy
All payments must be completed before the event begins. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, and Venmo.
4. Waitlist Policy
Waitlist Procedure: If a service or item is fully booked, you can contact us to be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if a spot becomes available.
Time Frame: The waitlist will remain active until 7 days before the event. If you still want to be on the waitlist after this period, you will need to contact us again.
5. Delivery & Setup
Our team will deliver, set up, and pick up all rental items. A delivery fee may apply based on the distance from our base location in Austin (78745). Enjoy free delivery for locations within a 20-mile radius of our location. For deliveries beyond 20 miles, we charge a nominal fee of $1.50 per mile for each mile over the initial 20 miles to cover transportation costs. Please ensure the area is ready for setup and free of obstacles. If your location presents any special challenges for delivery, such as limited access or parking difficulties, please let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
6. Equipment Use
All rental items must be used appropriately. Any damages caused by improper use will be charged to the client.
7. Weather Policy
We understand that our Texas weather can be unpredictable and may change at the last minute.
Rescheduling Due to Inclement Weather: If you anticipate inclement weather on the day of your event, please contact us as soon as possible. You may reschedule your booking without penalty if you notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled time.
Determining Inclement Weather: We will monitor weather forecasts leading up to your event and will communicate with you if severe weather is expected. If conditions are deemed unsafe for your event, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.Our goal is to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and stress-free, no matter the weather!
8. Safety Guidelines
Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using rental equipment.We are not liable for injuries that may occur during use.
9. Liability Waiver
By booking, you agree that our company will not be held liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
10. Agreement
By making a booking, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
