Party Policies

Thank you for choosing us for your event! Please review these key terms below. By processing your deposit, you agree to the terms & conditions. 1) Contract and Deposit By completing our booking form, you agree to the terms. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made at time of booking to hold the date, time, and character. 2) Balance Due The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. 3) Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid any additional charges. The 50% non-refundable deposit is retained in all cases, including cancellations due to weather or illness, and if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, you will be liable for the remaining balance. Events may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the date without charge. If you reschedule within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. 4) Refund Policy No refunds after services are rendered. Immediate feedback should be given to the event assistant if there are issues with the performance. 5) Gratuity Tips for characters are appreciated. Digital tipping is available. 6) Party Size and Activities Activities may vary based on the number of children. Please notify us of changes in attendance so we can tailor the experience. 7) Character and Performer Safety To maintain character integrity, questions about performers should be directed to info@lonestarcharacters.com. For safety, performers cannot use or enter any play structures such as bounce houses, “Slip n’ Slides,” or playground equipment with children. 8) Liability Release Party Pals Planning & Rentals and Lone Star Character Entertainment is not liable for accidental injuries or damages during the event. Performers reserve the right to leave if they feel their safety is compromised. If ever there is a situation where the performer feels unsafe, they will address the issue with the parent/guardian. If the problem is not resolved, the performer will leave. We’re excited to bring joy and create magical moments at your event!
