Party Policies
Booking Policy for Craft Station Pop-Ups Full Payment Requirement: To secure your craft station pop-up, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. This confirms your event and ensures we can set up the craft station on your selected date. Confirmation: Once the full payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent, detailing all aspects of your booking. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid any charges. Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. Payment Forfeiture: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling Option: You may reschedule your craft station pop-up at no additional cost as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your event. If rescheduling occurs within 14 days of your event, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply to secure the new date. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Procedure: If the craft station you wish to book is already reserved, you can request to be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if it becomes available. Time Frame: The waitlist will remain active until 7 days before the event. After this period, please contact us to re-confirm your interest in staying on the waitlist. Example Timeline for Craft Station Pop-ups Booking: Full payment is required to secure your craft station pop-up. Payment: The full fee is due at the time of booking. Cancellation: Notify us at least 14 days prior to your event to avoid losing your payment. Waitlist: Contact us to join the waitlist if the craft station is fully booked!
